We held our last services at Durham Road on April 28th. The original church building (the part we use now) will continue to be used as a place of worship, but we are moving out while improvements are being made to this part of the building.
Gateshead Leisure Centre
From May 5 we will be holding our morning service at Gateshead Leisure Centre, NE8 4JA. The service will run at the usual time of 11.00am and we hope to be able to continue to provide a Sunday School for the children.
We will not be able to use the Leisure Centre on the last Sunday of the month.
On Sunday June 30 our morning service will be at Chowdene Chapel on Durham Road, Gateshead,
The Leisure Centre is located on Alexandra Road in Gateshead. It is serviced by Go Ahead buses 1, 21 and Q1&2.

St Mark’s Gateshead
From May 5 until September 27 we held our evening services at St Mark’s Methodist Church, Gateshead, NE8 4AA. The service will run at the usual time of 6.30pm, with no childcare provided.
St Mark’s is located on the corner of Durham Road and Shipcote Terrace in Gateshead. We will be going into the church through the Shipcote Terrace entrance.
The 21 and 1 Go Ahead buses both stop nearby. Please alight the bus at the Durham Road, Shipcote stop.
We now hold our evening service at Chowdene Chapel, Durham Road.
