Chris has attended Durham Road Baptist Church since she moved to Gateshead in 2004. She met Jesus and was baptised in the church in 2005, joined the Steering group in 2013 and became Church Secretary in October 2018. She is also one of the church pianists.
Outside of church she enjoys reading, handbell ringing, sudoku and other logic puzzles and crossstitch.
